Now that summer is here I have been dying to try the EOS Shave Cream.  As ladies we love to keep those legs and pits nice and smooth for the extra exposure that comes with warmer weather.

I saw EOS Shave Cream on a commercial and instantly knew that I had to try it.  There is something about the packaging that was calling my name.  Im not sure if it’s the irresistible hot pink summer color (as I chose the Pomegranate Raspberry) or the somewhat like “finger grips” on the outside sides of the bottle that just make it look so functional.  There are 4 different scents: Tropical Fruit, Pomegranate Raspberry, Vanilla Bliss, Lavender Jasmine. Tthe product retails for around $3.49.  Very affordable!  Hands down I think that what makes the product stand out from the other shave creams (aside from the name as EOS is  a pretty popular brand) is the packaging.  It just looks like a product you want to have in your shower or bathroom.  Ok, ok I’ve raved about the packaging long enough, lets get to the actual product.

EOS’s mission is to not only serve as a shave cream but to also moisturize.  And that’s what EOS does.  It contains natural shea butter, vitamins B3, C& E, green tea and grape seed extracts.  I love the fact that it uses shea butter and other natural products.  It doesn’t however foam which is what I prefer from a shave cream, but due to the ingredients and the name its not purposed to.  It has somewhat of a silky feel, so much so that you can even rub it into your skin.  As an actual cream you can shave wet or dry with this product.  I think I would actually prefer a dry shave with this product due to its consistency it seems that it would work better that way.  It didn’t leave my skin as smooth compared to some of the other shave creams or gels like Gilette, but it got the job done.  And for the most part it is a little bit cheaper.  In my opinion, it was worth the $3.49.  However I am much more enthused with the packaging than I am the actual product.  EOS is worth a try!  You can purchase it from most major retail stores.  Happy Shaving Ladies!!  You can purchase here.
